Ingredients:

4 seasoning peppers or pimentos finely chopped
1/2 cup parsley finely chopped (you can also use parsley flakes)
1 3/4 cups Grated cheese grated cheese to garnish
2 tablespoon oil 1 cup corn meal salt and pepper to taste
Method
Put a deep sauce pan on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add onion, garlic, parsley, seasoning peppers and sauté for a few seconds.

Add grated carrots, corn, cream corn, salt and black pepper. Mix together well. Taste for enough salt. Add milk, cheese. Mix together well. Lower the heat of the stove.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit /177 degrees Celsius
Put to bake for 35 minutes
