How To Make Fried Ochro Trinidad Style

Ingredients 

Ochro
Onion
Garlic 
Salt
Black pepper 
Seasoning peppers
Oil

Method 
Finely chop up the garlic, seasoning peppers and onion.  Cut off the top and end of each ochro, then thinly slice them.
Fresh okra

Put a frying pan on the stove and allow it to hot.


Put some oil into the pot, add the finely chopped onion, garlic and seasoning peppers.   Allow these ingredients to sauté for a few minutes.  Add the sliced ochro, mix together well.  Add salt and black pepper to taste.  

Allow sides of each piece ochro to get brown.  This process should take about 20 minutes.  Super delicious!
