Recipe for Green Fig/Green Banana Soup

Method

Cut up the seasoning peppers, chive carrots and pumpkin into medium size pieces

Peel and clean each green fig/banana.  Place each cleaned green banana/fig into a bowl of water otherwise they will become discolored. Cut into small pieces and put into a pot of water.

Add rest of ingredients to the pot with the green fig and put on the stove.  Allow the ingredients to cook and get nice and tender.

Use hand blender or standing blender to blend the ingredients to get a nice smooth and creamy soup.

Add coconut milk and hot pepper (optional). Allow the soup to simmer for a few minutes then turn off the stove.  Taste.  Enjoy!
